Episodic CH, 10 days followed by long remission
Feb 2nd, 2023 at 8:39am

I have episodic CH, 5-14 nights of CH, followed by 15-24 months remission. CH starts 1 hr after starting sleep. Behind right eye, sweating on right side of head, nasal congestion on right side. Right eye affected too. Thinking this cycle is ending as CH didn't start until 2:30am today, and was moderate instead of severe. Friend tells me Oxygen and Vitamin D. Spent an hour relaxing in the Florida sun yesterday - maybe that helped. Will do again today.

Certainly good old oxygen is first line of attack for many who must live this nightmare and if you look down the list of buttons on the left side of your screen there's one marked  Oxygen Info.  Almost everything you need to know along with the recommendation for our very own Cluster Mask which people swear by.

As to the famous Vitamin D3 regimen,  some 80% of ClusterHeads who've used it report a massive decrease in pain and many are now completely pain-free.

Lots of good info all about it on the  Medication, Treatments and Therapies board.

Be sure to let us know how you're getting on because we care,

Brian down under.

G'day, BCam, and welcome. Like Brian said, "Oxygen to abort an attack, and the vitamin D regiment for long term relief from the beast" myself included. It has been 10yrs for me since my last visit from the beast, except for one hiccup, when I stopped taking the regime to the letter.

Cheers, Hoppy
