I've been thinking about these run-ins as they pertain to me (you'll recall my little fiasco during the Rodney incident). When I first came to this site 8 months ago, my focus was on my HA's and treating them. When the cluster stopped my focus evolved to sharing info with other sufferers. After some months of that (I'm gonna be truthful here) it got a little boring. How often can you tell someone how cafergot & exercise worked for you? The natural progression was to evolve to more psychological and emotional issues. This is dangerous territory. Now I'm dealing with feelings/perceptions/thoughts and that leaves room for arguement. I've decided to try to stay away from these issues and redirect my focus back to sharing info with others. Probably won't post quite as often as before (it's still a little boring) but it really is the purpose of this board. Maybe all us "old timers" need to consider if we've evolved to this same point.
