I find when I'm having a full blown 10 that a HOT bath and Ice packs on my head help. I don't drain the water as I'm in and out of the tub
until it goes..

I've sat here for three hours tonight reading all the messages and it seems to me that CH has many faces and everyone reacts differently
to it.

It's so nice to know I'm not alone,,,but I would rather there not be a reason to have this web site.
