I've been curious from the first day I found this page about the significant number of women who were posting. The sex ratio for CH is usually given as 6:1 (M/F) but just found a report out of Italy (headache center) reporting the ratio has declined to 2:1 since the 1960S.
They don't have an explanation but guess it may reflect significant changes in lifestyles for women since the '60s. Interesting.
