Why me, why is it that I keep getting bad news. What test is God putting me through?

I went to the doctors today to get my records, mri's and to talk to my doctor. She told me that she got some more test results and the results are gearing towards me having MS (Multiple Sclerosis). I don't know what kind of test I am going through but right about now I am losing my mind. I can't take much more, I truly can't.
