I surfed around and found some information relating to the Edgar Cayce Readings. I couldn't find any specific references to CH, however that term did not exist back in the 1920's and 1930's when most of these readings were taking place. The word "Migraine" was in common useage. There have been more recent research studies done in relation to the concept of vascular headaches being caused by problems in the intestinal tract. Here are some links FYI:

Don't let the "M" word scare you off. This is worth looking at. Both CH and Migraine have similarities, and vascular dilation may indeed be caused by localized increase in blood pressure. Look what it can do to erectile tissues. The CH cause may be in the digestive system, as a reaction to intestinal toxins.

For more info on Edgar Cayce, there is an excellent biography about him called "There is a river".

All The Best,

Donald
