How do they get a License???

I go to the doctor and I tell him maybe the serotonin levels (low) are causing this recent bout with the CH for me. He gives me a "new" drug to try..... Trazodone. I start researching it here, and I find it inhibits serotonin levels...... AAAAAGH! I could just shake the _ _ _ _ outta that guy. Am I wrong to be angry?
