Hi, gang! I've got a bit of an Imitrix dilemma, and I thought, who would understand it better than fellow clusterheads?

My CH cycle's due to begin any day now, shadows are starting to get stronger and I'm starting to stockpile the Imitrix NOW to avoid the "We just refilled it yesterday so we thought you didn't need anymore" bull***t at the pharmacy.

In resurrecting my meds bag and looking through it, I found about 14 25mg Imitrix tablets. Even with the pharmacy co-pay, it's still some serious $$$ that I hate to throw away. The RX labels say the prescrips are expired; one bottle 1 month ago, 1 expired 2/99.

The pharmacist says I shouldn't use it, but at the $13 per tablet that he gets paid by the insurance company, what else would he say?

Is it safe to use, do you think? Would I run the risk of side effects using them, and would the side effects be worth 14 aborted HAs?

I'd love to get your opinions, in addition to my doctor's and pharmacist's. The time I've spent searching this site and message board have given me a LOT of respect for you all. Come to think of it, our collective Imitrix experience probably GREATLY exceeds any research ever done by the drug companies! Thanks!!

Peace and Sleep,
Kathryn
