Couple of people have been talking about sleep or the inability of clusterheads to get much.

We suspect that it is the REM ( rapid eye movement ) part of sleep that can induce a cluster.

I know that I need a lot of sleep and I am particulalry wasted if I do not get my REM sleep. One of the few things I know about REM sleep is that it occurs several times a night including the early morning. If I get 7 hours and miss that last hour of REM I do not feel real super.

I wonder, if we as a group we are less able to get good REM sleep.
