In the case of CH-pain, there is no injury, so the brain gets ALL of the chemicals.

A brain which sends the person into a fight just to get the rush of the chemical release is just the kind of brain that could be at the root of the CH-process.

A CH-brain may have learned that the easiest way to get the chemicals is to cause the perception of pain, and not go through the intermediate steps of going to the bar to start a fight.

The point being that the CH-attack process may be the easiest way for the CH-brain to get the chemicals, not necessarily the most enjoyable for the whole person.
