I have been getting Migraines for probably the last 15 yrs. I am 27 now, and for the past three years or so, the only time I ever a get a Migraine is after a pretty intense physical work-out. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there something I can do before or after workouts to prevent? I enjoy working out, but it's almost not worth it to put up with the pain.
