Pred side effects

15 year cluster sufferer. Never really took anything, just suffered. Just started taking Pred 1 week ago when I felt the cluster coming, but before I had a severe one. Was fine until I tapered to 10mg/day and had my first real bad one. Doc put me back to 20mg/day and I've been fine since.

Everyone says Pred has some long-term side effects, but I can't seem to get a straight answer as to what they are. I haven't noticed anything, but my pelvic bone has popped a couple of times. What the hell is that about?
