Totaly not ch related.But I need help re:sexualand mental adbuse on children who are now adults.

My lover was verbaly adbused by his father.(horable things were said to him that a child shousd never hear) He was also sexualy adbused by his two uncles.
If anyone knows how to help me to learn coping skills to get threw this and to help him please let me know. Any web sights like ours that has suporters would be great also.
I dont know weather to scratch my watch or wind my butt at the monent!
