I was gonna wait to tell you this but I think the time may be right. Here goes:

I finished the correspondence course in nuerosurgery. In fact, I almost passed.

I have the Beautiful and Precise sketch of the brain you provided me.

I have read much of Dr. Goadsby's writings.

I think we are ready to go.

I am absolutely sure that I can locate your hypothalamus.

We operate!!

Live on the internet.

Without anesthesia ( which I have spelled without the use of a spell check, I might add ).

I go in, locate your hypothalamus, while I am in constant communication with you, and when we get there we decide what to do.

This is where my thinking gets a little fuzzier ( if that is possible ) but I am sure we can figure it out.
