I don't travel between July to end of August. I believe that traveling sometimes starts my cycle. I live in mid-Mo. My last two cycles started in Az. ands NC. during the months of July and August
I believe that the stress of not being home and work, drinking more coffee, less sleep, and change in diet may have been a factor in the start of my cycle. I believe that allegies also may play a part.
You did not tell where you are from..
It sounds like you are having ch all the time. I hope this is not the case.
I am in a 11- 12 or 22 - 23 month cycle between my cluster cycles.
