Yesterday I was feeling fine. Great even. Suddenly the right side of my head exploded. I've never felt pain like this before in my life. I thought my eye would have to come out of my head from the pain. It was sudden, unexpected and brought me to my knees. It lasted about an hour before it eased off and was gone. I didn't know what it was, but I sure didn't expect it to happen again. About 3 a.m. my head exploded again. It woke me up. I've had tension headaches before, but nothing like this. This one lasted until about 4:30. Nothing would relieve the pain. I was tired and sore this morning when I went to work. I went to the doctor who thinks I may be having cluster headaches. I have a CT scan scheduled for tomorrow to rule out other things, but after looking up info, it looks like I had all the right symptoms. I don't know whether to pray it's clusters because they aren't life threatening or not. Just wanted to talk to someone who might understand my fear.
