We all know that when we are awaken with these montsters
are left or right sinus is cloged and taking an
anti-histamine will make them even worse. So last night
I decided to fall asleep with a vicks vapor cough drop
in my mouth.
Well I dont know if I was just lucky or what but I sleeped
the whole night with no H/A. Was it because my sinus's
remained free from the cough drop or am I getting
the end of my clusters. I am 3 weeks into my H/A and normaly
they run for about 8 weeks.
So does anyone want to try a cough drop tonight with me
to see if this really works or to see if I was just lucky
last night. I know this sounds really simple and even
stupid maybe, but if anyone wants to try it and humor me
please let me know the results.
