One of the most horrible aspects of these clusters has been my child. Since birth, she has had to witness me going through these temporary periods of total insanity. I'm always afraid that she will think I'm a drug addict or something. I've given her info on CH to read and have let her see some of the posts from other people...all in an effort to explain what this is about.
She is also now reaching an age where she is beginning to question if she will have these too. (a thought that I can't even bear to entertain)
Those of you with children...any tips on how you handle them when your having an attack? Should we try to hook up a few of our kids to talk...maybe dispell some of their fears?
