I have read and was remained that we should avoid Calcium. While reading last night I came across a list of foods that have chemical elements of Calcium. Should we also avoid them? The following is the list:
Watercress, Dill, Kale, Turnips, Cabbage, Lettuce, Dandelion, Swiss Chard, Spinach, Romaine, Okra, Leek Leaf, Radishes, Skim Milk, Celery, Cottage Cheese, Buttermilk, Goat's Milk, Chives, Rhubarb, Strawberries, Blackberries, Cranberries, Orange, Cucumbers, Carrots, Asparagus, Onions, Sea Fish, Whole Grains, Beechnut, String Beans, Pumpkin, Peas, Dates.
