I don't know if this will work for everyone, but it's worth a try. And if you've done this already, and it didn't work, please let me know. =)

I've been PF for the past 2 days/nights, and for me, I think doing the oxygen for 15-20 min, 12-14 lpm, before I fall asleep, is doing the trick. I keep my tank right next to my bed, so I can inhale while laying down. Lights out, jammies on, and ready to sleep mind you. From doing this, I have completely slept through the past 2 nights WITHOUT waking up. Now I don't know if it's some sort of fluke for me, or what, but my opinion is this... I think that when you use oxygen right before falling asleep, you open up your blood vessels enough, so that when your heart rate and breathing slows down, you got enough oxygen before you went to bed, to lessen the chance of the vessels becoming so tight and restricted of blood flow, than if you just had gone to sleep without oxygen. Let me be frank, I am NOT good at all with technical writing, so please forgive me. I'm just trying to suggest that everyone try it, and get back to me to see if it helped them. I wish I could explain it better, if someone else can,,,PLEASE DO!!! =)

PFDAN,
Melissa

P.S. Had only 1 shadow yesterday, and 1 today which I chased away with 5-10 min of O2, and shadow was gone 15 min. later.
