Need O2 Help

Well it looks like my HMO isn't going to approve O2. So I have to check out welding or scuba diving supply places tomorrow. Does anyone have any idea what a tank costs, a regulator, mask, and the O2? Also, where do I find the regulator and mask, and what should I look for?
