Been there with you doing the night walk. Once got stopped by the police in the middle of the night while walking around the block. They thought I was freaked out and crying and thought I was going to do something drastic or had already done it.
Had to take them to my house to meet my wife and kids and see some of my prescriptions. Wouldn't hurt to keep a little literature around the house just in case.
As for the Lithium, I saw a strange message in a newsgroup of biologist who deal with yeast for research in which one of them cautioned to watch out for lithium when dealing with cultures. Have asked for clarification.
As for the Diflucan, I am one of the original yeastie kids thanks to Jim Carney. It has worked for me, but I caution that it is more than just taking the anti fungal. see my previous posts on the subject in the archives.
While your in the middle of the thing it might do good to try a carbo and med fast for a day or two to see what happens.
Regardless, good luck. Just wanted to say "been there" but that still doesn't make it an easier place to be.
