Many thanks, lc bob! I’m one of those who wanted to know what a “shadow” is. I’m very, very, very lucky to the extent that I’m only an episodic cluster-head. On the other hand, chronic headaches are a part of my life. From what I’ve been reading here on the site, I got the impression that my constant headaches are probably shadows. Now, I’m pretty sure that that’s exactly what they are. Sometimes, these headaches are so bad that there’s nothing that I can do except to thank God that they’re not clusters. Shadows may take the fun out of life, but clusters take the life out of life.
