My husband is in his first cluster in 12 years. It started out with just one CH an hour after he went to sleep, then nothing for a week. Then he had one CH every night for a couple of days, then all hell broke loose and they went out of control, every few hours day and night. Now we appear to be on the downside...two pain-free nights in a row for the first time in four weeks, and today, no morning CH so far. Is it the Verapamil? End of cluster? How can you tell?
