I don't know what species or what ever, but I will try to find out. They were cultivated, that I know, because they had tid bits of vermiculite(sp) stuff around the stem area. No bull shit!
I took them 30 min. after eating, and I chewed up a mouth full of "Double Fudge 'n Caramel" cookies and shoved them in just like they were in the bag.
They were pretty dry. I didn't try to crush them, but they were crispy. The stem part was a little tough and chewy, but with a mouth full of cookies, it is hard to tell alot. If I had to guess, I would say they were some where just short of completely dried.
I will ask, what kind they were, but I suspect they are the same type that I will grow with my kit. What ever type that is. I was told to eat 'em all. I think the exact words were,"shut up and take your medicine". LOL
I may need to try again in a week or so, once I can get a flush out of the kit. I will try to get some more answers.
