I think what you might be going through could be the CPH or icepick headaches. I think Indomethacin is what has been successful in treating that.
I did a quick search of our archives and what you're going through sounds exactly like that.
Tell your doc to check you for it and get some indo. It's apparently 100% effective in treating CHP.
