CPH is basically a variation of CH. The headaches last 2 to 45 minutes and have many of the same symptoms (runny nose, tearing eye, etc) as CH (this is why I say if you're getting 30 minute clusters, you're nuts not to try indo on the chance that it may be CPH).
TN is more of an electric shock type pain. It only lasts a few moments but the pain is supposedly worse than CH.
