Yes, it is ESSENTIAL that we know of the failures as well as the successes. I was wondering why you had been silent on the subject for so long.

I think you have analyzed the situation correctly. It may be that LSD would be more effective for you, or that two consecutive doses would have resulted in longer relief than 3 or 4 weeks. I have always been of the opinion that it is best to hit the Beast hard, then hit him again if he is still breathing.

It may also be that for some chronics, a month pain-free between doses is the most that can be expected.

It may also be that some people are just less responsive to this therapy than others. While it seems that Indomethacin works for 99.9% of those with CPH, it is entirely possible that hallucinogens work only part of the time for some chronic clusterheads. I certainly hope this is untrue, but it is a possibility.

Keep us updated, by all means, good results or bad. It is very valuable information.
