Here's an article written by a sr. toxicologist at the Washington State Dept of Health that says mold exposure can cause trigeminal nerve irritation. Since CH's are associated with the trigeminal nerve, perhaps CH's can be triggered by mold exposure.

My neurologist thinks so - at least in my case.
