I have had Chronic CH for 4yrs now///I am taking Verapamil 480mg a day... for the most part the HAs have stop during the day and night. But everyday between 6pm and 9pm i will get the worst CH which lasts about an hour... any ideas on how to get rid of this last HA a day? It seems like as soon as i begin to relax, it will hit.

Is 480mg too low? Can i ask the Doc for a higher dose?

This pain is un-bearable...... any ideas on what to do?

I read a post on the Octiblocker shots... has anyone else tried these? and do they work?
