I use the same side of my cluster which is my right side, go to the back of my arm, inject only half way in (KEEP in mind, I don't have much fat at all) so I'm carefull not to push it into a muscle And yes Jonny got lots of those LMAO.... once I feel it go in and again you can tell when its in half way due your thing, wait a couple of seconds and pull out. As far as keeping it steril, I just put it back in its container until the next one..Then I use alcohol (RUBBING OF COURSE) to wipe it off and do it all again in the same arm same spot....my opinion..PF TO YA...Tony
