Frankie, after you check out www.clusterbusters.com if you're interested in the treatment, you can go purchase mushrooms (legally) in the UK at some of the little shops *g* lucky to be in the UK!
As Karma said, currently, it's not a cure .. .but it's closest to a cure that many CHers have found.  Just read and ask questions, people will answer them *smiles*

miapet, is there any follow up on dosing or just those 2 times. I just tried it last week and have went 7 days without any meds. I have never made it past 2 before. Might have something here. Chris

Hey Chris,
Glad to hear you're getting some success. People usually use maintenance doses. If they were chronic, they take a dose again after a month or two and then try to spread out the doses a little longer each time to keep them away. If they are episodic, they'll take a maintenance dose just before their usual cycles are scheduled to return. If they feel any activity brewing in the background, they tale a maintenence dose.
Some people have now progressed to once or twice a year. Others a little more often.
Even three or four doses (or 10 for that matter) a year sounds a lot better than a few hundred Imitrex shots per year, along with months of scripts needed to keep the 02 tank total under 100. JMHO.

John, Thanks!  We totally agree .. what's there to lose by trying . .. maybe a big freaking pain? hehe

Chris,
Congratulations on your 7 p/f days!! *YAY* and *happy dance*
Sorry for the time lapse!  D has dosed every 2 to 3 months as preventative measures.  As PinkFloyd explained, it depends on if you're chronic or episodic.  Some people have longer windows between doses than others .. .

hehe Rock . . how are you now?

PF, thanks for watching our thread and taking care of people *smiles*  You (like flounder and giovanni) are truly an angel!

Tried the shrooms 10 days ago for the first time and have been PF since.  Prior to that, non-stop cycle for 6 months, with at least 2 hits a day.
