Ok she just sent me a rooming agreement that shows 10 rooms @ $59.00/nt.

I'm good with that if you all are?  If we can guarantee 10 rooms we can get this rate!!

BETTER THAN BEFORE!!

Somehow I don't think meeting a 10 room minimum will be a problem.....

OK....looks like a go to me......Comments?  If everyone is in agreement, let's start booking flights, rooms, etc.

It's the 3rd weekend in January.  For those who get Martin Luther King Day as a holiday, you'll have a 3 day weekend.

Steph......thanks for the additional work and info.

And....for those wondering, the bar is smoking.

Hope to see a bunch of you in January!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi All!

I  will not likely stay in the hotel as I live only 30 minutes away.  Will you all let me know if you have an evening get together so I can attend?  I can't wait to meet all of you!   I'm so excited!

Since I live about 40 minutes away, I will not be staying at the hotel.  I did find out that my daughter has state cheer competition that same weekend, so hopefully I will have some free time to make it over, I just don't know when or how much.  Undecided

I just got off the phone with the hotel and sent her the room agreement via email.  I'm hoping she will get back to me today so ya'll can start making arrangments.

I booked 10 rooms @ $59.00/night, (plus 13% tax)  If 10 rooms aren't booked we willbe bumped back to the normal rack rate ($89) minus 10%.  I don't think we will have a problem doing this, but just wanted everyone to know.  If we need more rooms they will just continue to add rooms until there is no more availability.

We are REALLY looking forward to seeing everyone there!!  (California people too  eehhhhmmm)

If you have questions just holla at me!!   Cheesy

She just called and said we should be able to book rooms no later than 3pm today!!!

Ask for the Cluster Headaches Group block January 15-18, 2009

If you need other days before or after, you should be able to get those.

Let me know if you have any trouble making reservations!!!

Count me in as a definite maybe again!  Should be able to get down there for Sat at least.  Lost most of my vacation to pneumonia the last two weeks, so I'll just have to get what I can.

I just checked to see if anyone had started a Davcon thread yet.  Acn't wait!

There you go Linda. You and Jim fly to St. Louis. Ride back with us to our house for a couple of days. Then we drive down to Nashville and see Jayne and then take you to the airport the next day to fly back. Sound like a plan?
