working on computers while on cycle (Read 1293 times)

Posts: 47	working on computers while on cycle Aug 3^rd, 2015 at 7:05pm Hi, I am now 2 weeks not working on my computer since my cycle started and I am using O2, my boss is patient with me but I want to ask if I resume my work on computers (programming) does that will increase the number of attacks and severity or it does not matter ? Thanks

I thought computers were a trigger for me also once (every night) so I tried to stay of it at night, but the attacks came anyway. I realized then it was just the timing when I was on the computer. The attack alarm clock went off regardless. I'm not saying it isn't a trigger for you but, have you tried computing at different times to see if it awakens the beast?
