What I call shadows are basically "leftovers" from a CH bout. Left side of head always kinda sore, numb, tingling, just not right. After 30 years of CH I've recognized that the left side of my head (CH side) is never the same as the right. The left side always feels a little numb/swollen. When I get a sinus HA it is always worse on the left. Also notice the left back of my neck is stiffer/tighter than the right. If I could just get ride of everything on the left from the shoulder up, I'd be in great shape.
