I recently browsed a headache book at Chapters, it suggested the use of Cayenne supplements as an "effective" herbal treatment.
I also found some info on B6 supplements which suggest that B6 act as a natural Histamine blocking agent, and that B6 is a good supplement for Migraine sufferers.
I combined the above two ideas, and so far 1.5 weeks, I have been Cluster free (touch on wood).
p.s - watch out for the Cayenne on your stomach and esophogus, it has a tendency to repeat with a mild burning sensation (drink milk shortly after, to counteract).
