I started the water treatment Sunday, but wasn't sure how much water to drink. Are we talking regular glasses that are about 12-16 oz each or the standard 8 oz glass of water? I've been drinking probably about 14-16 oz each half hour and I'm getting a lot of extra walking in. So far no change in headaches; but I understand it can take several days.
Also, I'm taking lithium, verapamil (I'm tapering off verapamil) and nortiptilene (sp?). And I take a sublingual ergomar at onset of headache. Does anyone know if I should stay on the meds while I do the water treatment?
