I will make a few comments.
Agreed - genetic predisposition and some external stimuli ( who knows what )
Yes - in a cluster cycle ( I also have been episodic for over 30 years ) I believe there is something seriously wring with my physiology and the cluster headache or attack is a manifestation of this problem.
Disagree - (you know how I feel on this one) - about emotional/psychological/stress impacting on the frequency and/or duration of attacks. This discussion tends to go aound and around because pain is all about perception, and I would agree that emotional well being helps us to cope with pain, we have a chicken and egg kind of discussion.
One last point Gary - Answer Drummer's freeking question - what do you want to call them?
