.....what EXACTLY did you do during the 3 to 5 hour individual attack to "cope"? What did you do when you were at work? What did you do when you were at home? I mean; did you jump up and down, cuss like a sailor, pace, bang your head? That kind of stuff is what I'm interested in. Thanks.
