I realize that with CH's you don't get sleep at 99% of the time, my hubby doesn't when he is in a cycle. However, he went for a sleep study and they ruled out apnea but they said he had something called fragmented sleep. It's where you fall asleep but not COMPLETELY asleep, therefore your body doesn't get the sleep "required" for function.
My question is, does anyone else out here have this? if so, what do you do to "feel" at least half way normal?
