Say I was new here, and not sure what was happening to me during an attack ( I still really don't)
What advise would you all give to me about what to do when an attack hits, w/medicatiion, w/out medication.
Pretend I was on a vacation somewhere away from preventive and abortive meds, how would you guys tell me to cope?
what are all our best ideas of getting through the pain that always comes back? I feel like preparing myself.......
