To answer your questions: I can move around a little and use the biofeedback but it's better if I don't. When these things hit, All I try to think of is keeping that throbbing vessel from getting all that blood. It sometimes works. I've been lucky to have been pain free for several years and that is likely because of my adjustments in anti-convulsants (Depakote and Primidone (Mysoline).

I've never had a migraine that I know of but I still like the cool, dark, and quiet rooms. I have to fight through the pain but the warming of my hands has often (not always) lessened the severity and duration of the attacks.

My zeal to end the headache was always been enough to get me to do the biofeedback ritual. It's always worth the effort.

I wish you all the best and an end to these terrible headaches.

Stay well,- - Charlie S
