What kind of mushrooms? Liberty Caps or psilocybe cubensis? Size of dose? Eaten straight or as a tea?
What kind of side-effects? How long ago did you take them? Was there instant relief or did the headaches diminish gradually over a day or two?
How long have you had CH? How often do your cycles come? How many weeks do they normally last? How many headaches per day do you normally get?
Sorry for being so nosy, but as you know some of us are trying to get the medical community interested in this therapy, and the more info we are armed with, the better our chances will be.
