It's HIGHLY unlikely that a two year old would suffer from clusters. I have never heard of an instance where they kick in at an age earlier than maybe 10. I definitely believe he suffers from your description, but I don't believe the cause is CH. In any case, I hope you find some help for him. Until he is old enough to describe his symptoms in his own words, I would rule out CH in this case. Just my opinion.
