O2-how long does it last?

Those of you who use oxygen:
How long does your E-tank or H-tank last you, in days? I've had mine for 4 hours, and my E-tank is almost empty. They only brought me 2 - what were they thinking? I ordered 8 more to be delivered early tomorrow morning...so how long will they last me?

Do you drag your portable tank around with you? I have a highschool football game to go to - I'm not sure I want to attract all the attention that an oxygen tank would get. What do you do when you go to the mall? or to Starbucks? or the library? I know I'll take it to work with me, and it'll be in the car whenever I have to go anywhere.

Any suggestions?
