did you know that once hooked on narcotic pain meds, you will never again (without a new treatment) enjoy the same natural euphoria that comes from lifes pleasurers? You will never feel as high, happy, excited as before, without your fix?

Do you have any idea how many people go to methadone clinics? It's unbelieveable! Doctors, lawyers and Indian chiefs, rich and poor.

The clinic will allow you to stay on meth forever, but if you fail to follow the program (counceling and meetings) they will taper you off at 3mg less every 3 days unitl you're done. Why don't they do this with everybody? Is it a money thing?

Why don't docs educate patients about the high incidence of addiction? Why do they continue to "up" the doses as your body gets used to the old dose? Why don't they tell you that it only takes two weeks to become addicted?
