Charlie, I've tried, I can't remember if it was you or Ken that gave me this advise. But my thoughts seem too hyper under normal circumstances and when I'm under the CH spell it's nearly impossible for me.
If you can give me perhaps a step by step gide, no jokes. I'm having, like 6 Ch attacks a day now and anything that can help will be a blessing.
