I've just had a major project go live that I've been part of for almost 2 years that will have several billion dollars a year go through the system.

Just one CH this year and that was 7 months ago.

And my migraines have gone from an average of 1.5 per day earlier in the year to just 3 in the last 45 days.

Life can be good, time now to enjoy it even more!

Onya, Mike. I've got to do a special dinner on Friday so I'm putting Kiwi wines on the table and we'll drink to your damn fine health.

(Regardless the outcome of that recent game of footy.)

Just got a call from the doctor's office regarding some genetic testing my 17 year old daughter had done.  She's in the clear!

THEN.....second call from a different doctor - O2 prescription FINALLY right (enough) to pick up today!

And - it's my mother's 70th birthday today.  Happy Birthday Mom!

Mike - I too am almost done with a project that I have been running for going on 18 months now.  Start to commission half of it next week.  Been consuming my life for the last six months - and have gone through 3 cycles (not in one now thank da lord!).  Looking forward to getting this over with in the next month.  Banked a pretty nice sum - so looking forward to rest and relaxation AND alot of football in the fall.  Not sure what's next - but will worry about that later.

Hope your project turns out to be a success...

Today my good news is that our 4 year old grandson, Nate, had hernia surgery that went really well.  He's home and doing fine.  He spent most of the afternoon laying on the sofa being quite groggy but Mommy reports tonight that he ate a little dinner and by 7 was in bed tucked in for the night.

My good news is that I was miles out of town when She-Who-Must-Be-Obeyed texted, "Windows frozen".

I texted back, "One gallon, luke-warm water".

I won't print her reply but it seems her computer made some interesting noises.

My good news is our precious baby daughter. She is finally here and she is absolutely adorable! Smiley We're thrilled and happy!

She was born early Friday morning and we brought her home from the hospital this afternoon.

And it was great to know that none of the meds I was given during the labor triggered ch.

All the best & PF days,
Sanna

after i got my leave form, orders, and finally my clearing papers,  it seemed that we would not have enough money to move to california until about ten days after i sign out on leave.  well, the moving pay advances hit my account sooner than expected, so we can leave the minute i sign out.

everything is falling into place  Smiley

EDIT:  HA, this is aubanbird, didnt realize my wife had signed in on my computer.

9-11 my bride and I celebrate 30 years of wedded bliss. She's taking me o. An Alaskan cruise to celebrate. For a man who married as far above his station as I did 30 years is one hell of an accomplishment! !!

My wonderful news concerns my 45 year old niece Tracey who has been in treatment with chemo and radiation for some months now.  She got the word today that the mass has shrunk down to almost nothing and no more treatments for her.  They will continue with CT scans and simply monitor her.  It's been a scary time for all as her sister just finished tx for breast cancer.  Thanks to God for their return to health.

I am bumping this thread back up.  The general board was always for fun and everyday  stuff and sadly newcomers aren't using the the other boards to post their medication, CH specific, and welcome to ch.com posts and instead are putting them on the general board.

This thread should be on-going simply because every day some one HAS to have good news to share.  It helps knowing that our lives aren't just abought pain.

I just got home after a month on road between Kentucky  and Caif.  We drove through Zion national park, Taos, New Mexico and stopped to see friends here at the Las Vegas conference.  America really IS beautiful.  The Rocky mountains...the Sierras...

o.k.....anyone with any good news lately?

Linda

My good news starts Sunday! I leave Friday for a bicyling trip through Big Bend National Park in that little teeny state they call Texas. Would appreciate it if y'all would hold the rain off until we leave. Tents in the rain suck.......will let you know when I get back if was  ACTUALLY  good news. Grin

Joe

Linda...Zion is still one of the most breathtakingly, beautiful, incredibly colorful places we have ever visited.
